| A note about donations of used goods: Before collecting used goods please be sure to locate a charity willing and able accept donations of used items. It seems to be increasingly difficult to locate charities willing to accept used (recycled) goods. This is particularly true in certain parts of the country. And the cost of shipping goods to charities at distant destinations can sometimes be a burdensome expense . So please be sure to have a recipient *before* collecting used goods. *As a side note, there is a source to help find "homes" in need of your *personal* recycled items when no charities are able to accept your donations of these items contact your local "FREECYCLE"* |
